Certified Treasury Professional "CTP"
Mr. Clark, our CEO presented "The New Guidance for SOX 404 Compliance" at
the "AFP" Annual Conference in Boston, MA, October 21 to 24, 2007. He was
named as one of their "top 300" CTP's in 2004. In 2009, he has been included
in their "AFP Honors Program" recognizing a select few senior-level treasury and
finance professionals for contributions made to the profession.

Association and has served as a member of their Board in different capacities
